What data we hold

Free guides and the newsletter

If you ask for a guide or subscribe to the newsletter on the website, we keep your email address, the date you gave your consent and the date you confirmed it, whether you asked for the newsletter, the page and the guide you asked for, and the campaign code of the link that brought you. Every email has a one-click unsubscribe link.

App account

If you have an account at matematicadelalma.app, we keep the account data and what you write in it (dreams, journal). You can delete the account yourself at Delete your account, even without the app installed.

Instagram and Facebook

When you comment on one of our posts, we read the comment (your public username, the text and its ID) to reply to you, for example to send you the guide you asked for. We keep only what is needed to reply and to avoid answering the same comment twice. We do not buy data or use it for advertising. We delete it when you ask.

How to ask us to delete it

1. Write to privacidad@matematicadelalma.com with the subject «Eliminar mis datos» (delete my data).
2. Write from the email address whose data you want deleted or, for Instagram or Facebook, give your username.
3. If you only want to stop receiving the newsletter or the guide emails, the unsubscribe link in any of our emails is enough: we stop writing to you altogether.

How long it takes

We confirm that we have received your request and delete the data within 30 days at most (the one-month period set by the GDPR). When we have finished, we confirm it by email.

Your other rights

You can withdraw your consent at any time and exercise your other GDPR rights by writing to the same address. You can also complain to Latvia's Datu valsts inspekcija, the supervisory authority for Matemática del Alma, or to the data protection authority of your country, such as Spain's Agencia Española de Protección de Datos.
